Capital City CleanupThis time of year communities all over the city are barraged with garbage. As a fabulous community, let’s show pride in what we have and where we live here in Forest Heights and Terrace Heights. Keep our community clean! Do your part! Don’t litter our streets, parks and schools. If you see garbage please pick it up.
The City of Edmonton is engaging citizens to help keep our city clean with the Capital City Cleanup program (click for link) however it’s you as an individual that has the ability to help out everyday by cleaning up your yard and living area. This year, it runs all summer long.

If you have unwanted large items such as old couches, chairs, mattresses and appliances, there is a Big Bin Event starting in May that offers city residents a convenient and free way to dispose these items. For dates and locations, go to Big Bin Program at edmonton.ca
