Notice of Intent for Community Project
The intent of this document is to provide an overview of a Community Group’s scope of work for a proposed enhanced development of City Parkland at the concept phase. The Notice of Intent allows Parkland Services and any other civic department to provide initial support or recommendation as to the feasibility of the proposed project.
A detailed Program Statement and/or Need Assessment may still be

depending on the nature of the project.
A Program Statement will expand and provide information as the project
progresses from concept to design phase.
This document
