Forest Terrace Heights Community League

Our league publishes articles in the Southeast Voice (SEV) community newsletter which is sponsored by the South East Community League Association (SECLA). SECLA is made up of 10 community leagues (Avonmore, Capilano, Forest\Terrace Heights, Fulton Place, Gold Bar, Holyrood, Idlewylde, Kenilworth, Ottewell & Strathearn). The Southeast Voice (SEV) is published 10 times a year to everyone in these communities.
