URBAN POLING WALKING GROUP
Urban Poles were designed by an occupational therapist and their unique grip uses 75% of the muscles in your body including activating the abdominals with each step as well as increasing calories burned during walking by up to 46%! They are excellent for seniors and those with chronic conditions such as arthritis and obesity.
