Monday Night Meditation w/ Tina
No experience needed! These classes are for those new to meditation, or those wishing to deepen their practice in a supportive environment.

About the Event
Each class will include meditation teachings on a different concept each class:
1. The antidote to stress
3. Inner voice
4. Intention setting
5. Yoga Nidra
6. Chakra cleansing.
Participants should wear comfortable clothes with layers and are welcome to bring a yoga mat, cushions, blankets or a journal to class.
About Tina: After completing an amazing yoga teacher training program I found savasana or corpse pose to be my favourite pose of class. However, it was there I was first introduced to meditation. After taking a teacher training program through lifestyle meditation i started my teacher journey. I was then directed to chopras primordial sound meditation course where I had 6 months of intensive studying learning more about myself and meditation then I could have ever imagined. I'm looking forward to sharing that knowledge and space to assist others on their life journey. More info at gomeditate.me
Classes will be held on Mondays from Jan. 9th to Feb. 13th at 8:15pm following Yoga with Lyndsey.
Please try to arrive early to prevent disruption to other participants.
Community League Member = $8/class
